Panta Rei is a prolonged period of low tide where everything is exposed, observed, questioned, accounted for; where everything is fixed, but in a constant state of flux. Panta Rei is transformation through experiential conditioning of the body and the self. It is asking questions I don’t know the answer to, it is fulfilling dreams I never knew I dreamt, it is seeing things that I didn't see even though they were right in front of me. It is holding tight and letting go.
